Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tally, GST filing, and balance sheet preparation. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily accounting operations using Tally.

2. Handle GST filing and ensure timely and accurate submissions.

3. Prepare and maintain balance sheets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

4. Generate and analyze financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

5. Manage invoicing, payments, and collections.

6. Maintain internal control systems to ensure the integrity of financial records.

7. Assist with tax preparation and filing in compliance with local regulations.

8. Provide support during internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

1. 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.

2. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.

3. Strong understanding of GST regulations and balance sheet preparation.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
