Accounts Executive

Company: Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC
Location: Yas Bay, Yas Island
Experience: 3–5 years (UAE experience mandatory)

Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting functions, payroll processing, and financial reporting while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage financial transactions, reporting, and monthly closing
· Analyze financial data, forecasts, and daily revenue & expense reports
· Prepare and process WPS, Non-WPS, and cash salary payroll files
· Handle final settlements and HR-related reimbursements
· Verify vendor SOAs and process payments as per contract terms
· Manage operational, administrative, and foreign transfer payments
· Approve purchase orders and reconcile debit card transactions
· Perform bank reconciliations and support audit requirements
· Implement and manage system and clear accounting backlogs
· Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
· Ensure compliance with UAE financial, tax, and labour regulations

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 3–5 years UAE Finance & Accounts experience (mandatory)
· WPS & payroll processing knowledge
· Excellent knowledge of UAE financial regulations, taxation & compliance
· Experience in hospitality / restaurant / leisure industries preferred
· Proficiency in accounting systems.
· Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Language: English and Tagalog speaker
