Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Garden Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Saturday: Half Day
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 55,000 – 70,000

Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensure accurate vendor payments, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process.
• Ensure timely invoice posting, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Handle credit notes, contra entries, and ledger accuracy.
• Support month-end close, budgeting, and audit activities.
• Prepare AP reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Odoo).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Candidates from Garden Town preferred.
