Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits
• Manage payroll processing (if applicable)
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tax filing and compliance
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards
• Ability to handle confidential financial information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
