Accounts Executive (Credit Control / Dealer Accounts)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage dealer accounts, reconcile ledgers, and ensure effective credit control. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in receivables management within FMCG or Home Appliances Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile dealer ledgers on regular basis.
• Monitor credit limits & outstanding balances, ensure timely recovery.
• Prepare receivables aging reports and highlight overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales teams and Branch offices for account updates.
• Support audits, compliance, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting)
• Experience: 2–4 years in Accounts / Credit Control (FMCG/Home Appliances preferred)
• Skills: ERP/Accounting software knowledge, strong reconciliation & reporting skills, effective communication.
