Working Hours / Shift 8 hours - General shift

Educational qualification B.Com / M.Com

1. Purchase, Expense, Sales, Cash, JV - proper entries in Accounting

software along with physical record keeping as per voucher numbers

2. Bank, debtors, creditors reconciliation

3. Export documentation

4. Collection with debtors

5. Cash flow planning.

6. Payments to creditors

7. Insurance

8. Statutory requirements like TDS, GST, PF.

9. Salary calculation, PF calculation

10. Labour and Registers as per Factory Act.

11. Internal, statutory audit

12. Monthly FG and WIP stock reconciliation.

13. Monthly P & L and Balance sheet preparation.

14. Good knowledge of software like Tally, MS Word and MS Excel
