Accounts & Finance Officer

IBSTEC is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance Officer with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Handle payroll processing
  • Assist with financial audits
  • Support UK VAT return preparation (basic knowledge required)
  • Manage invoice processing and documentation
  • Assist with taxation-related tasks
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports
  • Handle import/export financial documentation
  • Process vendor payments and maintain vendor records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with VAT, taxation, and reconciliation processes
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
