Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Officer to help scale the financial operations of our e-commerce business. In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy of our high-volume digital transactions, ensuring our cash flow remains robust while managing the unique financial challenges of the retail sector.

What You’ll Do

• Transaction Reconciliation: Execute daily reconciliations of complex payment streams, including credit card gateways, online payment processors, and courier (COD) settlement reports.
• E-commerce Operations: Track and audit marketplace payouts, shipping costs, and platform-specific commissions to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Vendor & Payable Management: Own the vendor payment cycle, from validating invoices against purchase orders to ensuring timely settlements.
• Cash Flow & Budgeting: Maintain real-time cash flow visibility and assist in preparing P&L statements and budget variance analyses to support growth.
• Financial Integrity: Uphold stringent controls for data security and ensure all financial processes are compliant with company policies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to quickly resolve payment discrepancies and customer refund issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Candidates with CA/ACCA (Inter/Finalist) or equivalent certifications will be given strong preference.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a finance/accounting role, with a strong preference for candidates who understand the e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced logistics environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Expert-level ability to identify trends and anomalies in transactional data.
• Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel are a must. Experience working with accounting software is required.
• Results-Oriented: You can prioritize effectively, meet tight monthly closing deadlines, and work independently.
• Professionalism: Proven track record of handling sensitive financial information with total integrity.

Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
