Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily accounting transactions in Tally with accuracy.
2. Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash records.
3. Record purchase entries and ensure supporting documents are in order.
4. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders as per business requirements.
5. Follow up with sundry debtors/customers for timely payment collection.
6. Pass administration-related accounting entries (bank, journal, petty cash, adjustments).
7. Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1) and ensure compliance.
8. Assist in reconciliation of accounts (suppliers, customers, GST, and bank).
9. Maintain proper records and support for audit and statutory requirements.
10. Coordinate with management on financial updates and outstanding payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience in Accounting & GST compliance.
2. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
3. Good understanding of GST laws, input-output adjustments, and returns filing.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
5. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
6. Good communication skills for vendor and client coordination.
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts & GST filing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
