Position: Manager – Accounts & Finance

Location: JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bengaluru

Qualification & Experience:

• CA with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, OR
• CA Inter with 4–5 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Manage statutory compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Prepare and review financial statements & MIS reports
• Liaise with auditors, clients, and management for finalization of accounts
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of accounting standards & statutory laws
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP software, Zoho and MS Excel
• Analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team

Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience
