Responsibilities:

● Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards for monthly financial closures & Prepare and analyze financial statements for insights and recommendations.

● Develop and manage monthly budgets; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.

● Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity to meet organizational needs.

● Ensure on-time management of sales, expenses, receivables, and payables.

● Implement and maintain internal controls building on accounting practices.

● Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

● Maintain Adherence to the CRM process for accurate financial reporting.

● Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing.

● Oversee the implementation of efficient invoice processing systems.

● Ensure % accuracy in financial reporting regarding employee, vendor, and other reports with respect to monthly opening and closing balances.

● Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions

● Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.

● Optimize cash resources and investments.

● Forecast cash needs and manage banking relationships.

● Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

● Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, VAT/GST, etc.).

● Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.

● Oversee payroll processing and compliance.

● Manage employee benefits administration.

● Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll disbursements.

● Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

● Contribute to the development of financial strategies.

● Support strategic initiatives with financial insights.

● Serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
