Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves handling cash flow, preparing vouchers, verifying expenses, supporting the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), and ensuring all financial documentation is properly maintained. The position requires hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Cash Handling: Manage daily cash transactions, monitor inflows and outflows, and reconcile balances to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Voucher Preparation: Prepare, record, and maintain vouchers for all financial transactions including payments, receipts, and adjustments.
- Expense Handling & Verification: Oversee organizational expenses, verify supporting documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Assisting the CFO: Provide day-to-day support to the Chief Finance Officer in preparing reports, managing audits, and contributing to financial planning and strategy.
- Financial Documentation: Maintain proper records of all invoices, receipts, vouchers, and statutory documents in both physical and digital formats for ease of retrieval and audit readiness.
- Accounting Software: Post entries and manage records using Tally and Zoho Books to ensure up-to-date financial data.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, performing reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to streamline accounting processes and ensure timely submission of financial data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required; CA Inter qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
