We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage accounting operations for our diverse client base. As an outsourcing firm, we deliver end-to-end financial and accounting solutions to both Indian and overseas clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining compliance with statutory regulations, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, and driving process efficiency across client accounts. This role demands strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and expertise in managing outsourced accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete accounting operations for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
  • Assist clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and tax laws.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement process improvements and best accounting practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Support clients in M&A activities, including due diligence, data preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outsourced accounting or financial management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and M&A processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally (knowledge of other ERP systems is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
