Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor company cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely filing (Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc.).
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage payroll processing and employee expense records.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA / CA Inter or Equivalent).
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector accounting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
