Job Title: Account Manager – Sales

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager Sales to manage and grow relationships with our existing customers. You will drive revenue growth ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities within your assigned accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a customer first mindset and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build long term trusted relationships
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities to increase account value
  • Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure timely support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and support

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools
  • Self driven and target oriented
