Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our growing team in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, billing, and financial reporting—preferably within construction, MEP, or HVAC-related businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Support budgeting and cost tracking for HVAC projects
• Liaise with project managers and vendors for financial coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience (HVAC preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
