Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist with tax documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payment tracking, and financial queries
  • Support audits and financial reviews when required


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / ACCA – Part Qualified preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems
  • Knowledge of tax compliance and financial documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
