Accounts Officer (Male)

Job Description:

Enrichers Investment Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record all day to day financial transactions (payables, receivables, general ledger).
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly management report.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts on a regular basis.
• Monitor company expenditures and assist in budget tracking.
• Handle tax calculations, withholding statements, and coordination with tax consultants.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in audits by providing required documentation and support.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree in Accounting & Finance or B.COM
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
