About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing Finance team. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable functions, vendor communication, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payment execution
• Review, code, and enter invoices accurately into the system
• Issue payments via check, ACH, and other methods in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships
• Investigate and resolve past due balances and outstanding invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure account accuracy
• Assist with onboarding new acquisitions, including setting up vendors and transferring financial data
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Support month-end close processes related to A/P
• Identify opportunities to improve A/P processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with high-volume invoice processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting/HRIS systems (Workday, Paylocity, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit environments is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
