Accounts Receivable Representative

we are seeking female Accounts Receivable (AR) candidates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts receivable functions of a company. This includes

1. Timely invoicing to client with accurate data

2. Monitoring customer payments

3. Implementing effective credit control measures.

• Plays a crucial role in maintaining positive cash flow and minimizing bad debt for the organization.

• The right candidate should be able to do the required solid follow up with the company clients for the due payments to be paid on time.

Required skills

• Strong charisma to follow up with client.

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

• Superb time management and detail orientation

• Ability to keep company and partner confidence

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance.

• 4-5 years of experience in accounts receivable.
