Acquisition Manager - Property Acquisition & Partnerships (Holiday Homes)

Aurora is a fast-growing holiday homes operator in Dubai. We specialize in managing and acquiring premium residential units for short-term rental across Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JBR and villa communities.

We are hiring a highly motivated Acquisition Manager to help expand our property portfolio by working directly with property owners and real estate brokers.

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition

• Identify and acquire residential units suitable for short-term rental
• Negotiate and close agreements with property owners
• Conduct property viewings and evaluate unit potential
• Present Aurora’s services professionally and confidently

Lead Management

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistent communication with potential property owners
• Track and manage acquisition pipeline

Broker Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers in Dubai
• Source new property opportunities through broker network
• Position Aurora as a preferred partner for landlords

Pipeline and Reporting

• Maintain organized records of leads and conversations
• Meet monthly acquisition targets
• Provide regular updates to management

Requirements

Mandatory

• Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai real estate, property management, or real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Arabic language is a plus
• Currently based in Dubai
• Highly motivated and results-driven personality

Preferred

• Existing broker network in Dubai
• Experience in holiday homes or short-term rental industry
• Additional languages are a plus (Arabic, Russian, etc.)
• UAE driving license preferred
