Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

JUS Official Services is seeking highly motivated, opportunity-driven Acquisition Specialists to assist with identifying, sourcing, and referring potential opportunities across multiple divisions of the company. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, enjoy networking and outreach, and are capable of independently generating leads, relationships, and growth opportunities.

Acquisition Specialists may support multiple operational divisions of JUS Official Services depending on company needs, contractor strengths, market demand, and business expansion initiatives. Assignments may include identifying business clients for B2B Marketing by JUS Official Services, sourcing talent for management and representation opportunities, identifying cleaning service clients, assisting with contractor recruitment initiatives, or locating potential business acquisition and merger opportunities for internal business development operations.

This is an independent contractor position operating on a commission-based compensation structure. Acquisition Specialists are expected to operate independently, manage their own schedules, utilize their own devices and tools, and determine their own outreach methods within company guidelines and applicable laws.

The ideal candidate is highly charismatic, persistent, resourceful, socially intelligent, growth-oriented, and capable of building relationships in both online and real-world environments.

Core Responsibilities

Acquisition Specialists are responsible for proactively identifying and referring potential opportunities to JUS Official Services and affiliated operational divisions. Responsibilities may vary depending on assignment area, but can include:

  • identifying potential business clients for marketing and growth services
  • sourcing musicians, influencers, streamers, creators, entrepreneurs, or public figures for talent management opportunities
  • identifying potential cleaning service customers
  • sourcing potential contractors or team members for internal operational growth
  • locating businesses that may be open to partnership, acquisition, merger, earn-in, lease-to-own, or strategic collaboration opportunities
  • conducting outreach through social media, networking, referrals, events, Discord communities, LinkedIn, Reddit, in-person networking, door-to-door outreach, email outreach, and other lawful lead generation methods
  • building and maintaining relationship pipelines
  • referring qualified leads and opportunities to authorized company personnel
  • assisting with appointment coordination and opportunity handoff processes
  • documenting lead information and maintaining communication records where required
  • representing the company’s vision, values, and growth culture in a professional and respectful manner

Acquisition Specialists are expected to generate their own leads and opportunities independently and are not guaranteed lead assignments by the company.

Independent Contractor Nature of Position

This role is structured as an independent contractor opportunity and is not an employment position. Acquisition Specialists maintain control over their own schedules, work locations, methods of outreach, equipment, communication strategies, and operational approach, provided activities remain lawful and consistent with company guidelines.

Acquisition Specialists are responsible for providing and maintaining their own:

  • devices
  • internet access
  • transportation
  • software tools
  • communication systems
  • networking resources
  • operational materials

Nothing in this position shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship with binding authority, or franchise relationship.

Authority Limitations

Acquisition Specialists operate strictly in a lead generation and referral capacity.

Acquisition Specialists are NOT authorized to:

  • negotiate contracts or pricing
  • provide legally binding offers
  • sign agreements on behalf of the company
  • collect payments
  • provide legal advice
  • provide financial guarantees
  • promise representation, employment, sponsorships, partnerships, or acquisitions
  • bind JUS Official Services contractually, financially, or legally
  • misrepresent themselves as executives, officers, attorneys, licensed agents, or authorized negotiators of the company

All final approvals, negotiations, onboarding decisions, pricing discussions, agreements, acquisitions, and business arrangements must be reviewed and approved by authorized management personnel.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is commission-based and may vary depending on:

  • division assignment
  • project type
  • revenue generated
  • contract value
  • retention length
  • recurring revenue
  • sponsorship value
  • acquisition value
  • overall lead quality

Certain recurring commissions may continue for up to one (1) year depending on the nature of the client, contractor performance, and applicable internal compensation structures.

Commission payouts may be subject to:

  • refund periods
  • clawback provisions
  • fraud prevention review
  • client cancellation review
  • compliance verification
  • internal quality review

No earnings cap exists for this role.

While prior experience is preferred, it is not required. JUS Official Services values charisma, persistence, networking ability, creativity, adaptability, social intelligence, and conversion ability above formal education requirements.

Age Eligibility

Applicants must be at least fourteen (14) years old. Applicants under the age of eighteen (18) may be required to have a parent or legal guardian review and sign required documentation and may be subject to additional restrictions or compliance requirements depending on applicable laws and operational considerations.

Position Goal

The primary goal of the Acquisition Specialist role is to help generate growth opportunities, relationships, revenue pathways, partnerships, talent opportunities, and scalable expansion opportunities across the JUS Official Services ecosystem.

This role is designed to function as a high-flexibility growth and lead-generation network capable of supporting long-term company expansion across multiple industries and operational divisions.
