Activation Executive

Job Summary:

The Activation Specialist at Red Wireless is responsible for processing, auditing, and activating customer accounts and devices with high accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures all service requests, rate plans, and device configurations are properly set up across internal systems, maintaining compliance with company policies and carrier requirements.

Previous experience in operations, logistics, admin assistant.

Great customer communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong technical aptitude (capacity to learn new systems) and have a passion for technology.

Basic knowledge of the Rogers suite of products and services; telecommunications sales experience is an asset.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Activate and validate customer’s orders according to set standards and procedures.

Ensure that activation processes are carried out accurately and efficiently, including setting up accounts, activating SIM cards, configuring devices, and completing all necessary documentation verification and validation

Ensure that all activation-related documentation and records are accurately maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Support staff members

Assist entire office with admin duties including accounting and inventory management

Use our CRM software to communicate with staff and customers.

Deliver smart and courteous customer service.

Maintain a positive attitude.

Utilize CRM Pipedrive to effectively manage order proficiency.

Pay: Rs475.00 - Rs525.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
