Admin and GR Executive

Responsible for facilities, offices, and real estate assets, ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes, while adhering to company policies and government regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Real Estate Agreements
  • Follow up on lease and rental agreements and renewals according to company policies
  • Coordinate with legal department on any conflicts with real estate clients
  • Respond to clients' inquiries and issues related to real estate offices
  • Monitor the company’s documentation and ensure all up to date
  • Monitor maintenance works for buildings and offices (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with perspective department to provide necessary h maintenance companies and contractors, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
  • Handle government platforms, submit requests, and follow up on procedures and licenses.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including registration, inspection renewal.
  • Ensure all trucks documents are up to date including TGA cards
  • Organize and maintain documents and records related to facilities, offices, and real estate.
  • Prepare administrative reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support related administration work


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, Real Estate, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office, facility, or real estate management
  • Experience working with government platforms
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
