Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Management Coordinator (Female) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative operations, coordinating with management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires excellent organizational ability, multitasking skills, and a professional approach to handling internal and external coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Coordinate with management and different departments for smooth workflow
- Prepare reports, documents, quotations, and official correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits
- Support HR-related tasks such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and team members when required
- Ensure office supplies and requirements are maintained
- Provide administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
- Female candidate required.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admin/coordination role (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic accounts or documentation handling
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
