Admin Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

Assist in purchasing office items, stationery, groceries, and other supplies from shops/markets.

Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases.

Handle and maintain petty cash with proper records.

Support office staff in daily tasks and errands.

Provide backup support to admin team when required.

Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards.

Cooperate with and support fellow office support staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS or equivalent).

Prior experience as an office boy or in a support role will be preferred.

Trustworthy, honest, and responsible in handling cash and purchases.

Basic communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly.
