About Us

Desert Rise Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in both primary and secondary market sales and leasing. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin cum HR Executive to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

Handle daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Manage correspondence, filing systems, and official documents.

Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.

Assist management with reports, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Human Resources

Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, and onboarding documents.

Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and related government procedures.

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

✅ Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Admin/HR (Real Estate industry preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and basic HR documentation.

Familiar with UAE labour laws and visa procedures.

Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
