We're seeking a highly skilled Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as experience with accounting software and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate records, including bills, payments, and petty cash transactions

2. Handle supplier relationships and manage supplier interactions

3. Oversee receipt management and customer relationship management

4. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Accounting)

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role

3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

4. Experience with accounting software and record-keeping

5. Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
