We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Administrative Assistant
to support our
Accounting Department
. The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, help maintain financial records, and ensure efficient office operations within the finance team. This role is essential for supporting accountants, auditors, and finance managers in their work.
Responsibilities

Assist accounting staff with data entry, filing, and document management.

Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and files (physical and digital).

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for department meetings.

Answer and route calls, emails, and other correspondence related to finance matters.

Support the preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets.

Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.

Manage office supplies and support general office functions for the accounting team.

Assist during audits by retrieving and organizing documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or finance environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

Familiarity with accounting software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
