ADMIN ASSISTANT I

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Carry out administrative and clerical duties for staffs within OA(O) department, including acting as a liaison between staffs and Human Resources, Safety, Materials, Production, Security and Finance departments

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Formal training and experience in computers and in the use of common office applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years general clerical experience, with good interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with high level of attention to accuracy and details.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary school (12 years) education preferably a diploma holder, plus one year typing /clerical training and ability to type at least 45 words per minute in Arabic and or English.
