Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks across departments, ensuring alignment and deadline adherence.
Support marketing efforts, ensuring brand alignment and team coordination.
Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks in Zoho Books—Zoho One experience is essential.
Manage task workflows and project timelines using Zoho Projects.
Serve as the liaison between departments, ensuring smooth task management and delivery.
Adapt to flexible working hours during event seasons.
Qualifications:
Arabic fluency and UAE-based.
Proven admin experience, ideally within events or marketing environments.
Familiarity with Zoho One suite (Zoho Books & Zoho Projects).
Basic accounting skills for data entry tasks.
Strong task management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
