Admin Coordinator (Arabic Speaker – UAE Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks across departments, ensuring alignment and deadline adherence.

  • Support marketing efforts, ensuring brand alignment and team coordination.

  • Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks in Zoho Books—Zoho One experience is essential.

  • Manage task workflows and project timelines using Zoho Projects.

  • Serve as the liaison between departments, ensuring smooth task management and delivery.

  • Adapt to flexible working hours during event seasons.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Arabic fluency and UAE-based.

  • Proven admin experience, ideally within events or marketing environments.

  • Familiarity with Zoho One suite (Zoho Books & Zoho Projects).

  • Basic accounting skills for data entry tasks.

  • Strong task management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
