Admin cum Accountant - Logistics

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

The Admin cum Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks along with accounting and financial management activities. The role ensures smooth office operations, accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE laws, and support for the last mile delivery business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (petty cash and vendor payments).
  • Prepare customer invoices for delivery services and ensure timely collections.
  • Supplier accounts, and driver payment records.
  • Monitor expenses related to fleet operations, fuel, maintenance, and delivery staff.
  • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors if required.

Administration & Office Management

  • Manage contracts, company documentation, trade licenses, and renewals.
  • Maintain HR records for drivers and office staff (attendance, leave, payroll processing).
  • Monitor expenses related to visa processing, medicals, insurance, and other PRO-related activities.
  • Support procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and fleet-related items.
  • Coordinate with operations team for driver deployment, route planning support, and vehicle allocations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams including driver and riders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
