Job Title: Admin Cum Secretary (MEP)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Cum Secretary with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to support daily administrative operations and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the MEP team
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and LPOs
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in MEP or construction industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MEP terminology and documentation is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the UAE construction/MEP sector
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
