Job Brief:
The Executive Commercial and Property Management will support the Manager in managing
resident services, maintenance billing, complaint coordination, project handovers, and
commercial recoveries. The role acts as a key point of contact for residents and internal
departments to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, accurate billing, and structured handover of projects and apartments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents regarding complaints related to building, apartments, and common areas.

Log, track, and route complaints to the Admin / concerned department for resolution.

Follow up on complaints to ensure timely closure and resident satisfaction.

Maintain complaint registers, trackers, and MIS.

Prepare and update monthly maintenance charges data for all residents.

Assist in generation and verification of maintenance bills.

Coordinate with Finance department for billing submission and corrections.

Support recovery of maintenance charges from residents and maintain payment records.

Track outstanding dues and assist in follow-ups.

Assist in inspection of new buildings/projects handed over by Project Management Team.

Identify, record, and report snags, defects, and pending works to Project Management.

Track snag closure and support successful project handover to Facility Management.

Coordinate apartment handover process after completion and inspection.

Conduct apartment inspections using approved checklists.

Ensure snag rectification prior to handover.

Obtain owner acknowledgement and maintain handover documentation.

Coordinate with Admin, Project Management, Finance, and other internal teams.

Maintain records of handovers, inspections, complaints, bills, and acknowledgements.

Assist in audits, reports, and management MIS.

Assist the Manager in day-to-day operational and commercial activities.

Handle routine matters in the Manager's absence.

Perform additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Location: Lahore.

Qualification: Bachelors in Business Administration.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic understanding of facility management operations.

Knowledge of maintenance billing and commercial coordination.

Good documentation and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle residents professionally and diplomatically.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
