Admin executive

vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Managing and tracking IT and non-IT assets, including procurement, allocation, maintenance, inventory control, and lifecycle management to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
• Manage business travel, including domestic and international flight, hotel, and cab bookings.
• Handle visa applications (USA B1/B2, L1, and other countries).
• Support employee corporate health insurance processes.
• Guide visitors with office entry access and maintain visitor protocols.
• Coordinate office-related activities and vendor interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update traveler databases and records.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven work experience in office operations or administration.
• Ability to handle activities independently with a proactive learning approach.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Prompt, responsive, and detail-oriented.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or related field.
• Any added certification in office management or administration is a plus.
