Position Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary
A garment and clothing factory in Qatar is seeking a well-organized and experienced Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support overall business functions. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in administration within the Qatar market and demonstrate strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling office administration, documentation, coordination between departments, and supporting operational and HR-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
- Manage daily administrative operations of the factory and office.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all company documents, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
Office Coordination
- Coordinate between departments including production, sales, HR, and accounts.
- Assist management in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Support day-to-day operational requirements of the factory and office.
Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and internal communications.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and administrative files.
- Ensure documentation aligns with Qatar regulations and company standards.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
HR and Administrative Support
- Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and employee file setup.
- Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and PRO for employee-related administrative requirements.
Vendor and Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office and factory requirements.
- Handle basic procurement coordination for administrative and operational needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and administrative services.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience in Qatar.
- Experience in garment, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and office management.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
