What you'll do

To manage and support the timely processing of utility payments and related financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with internal policies, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Utility Payment Management

• Ensure timely processing and payment of all utility bills (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Coordinate with utility providers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card expenses.
• Maintain accurate records for financial tracking, reporting, and audits.

Compliance & Approvals

• Support internal approvals and ensure compliance with company policies related to payments and expenses.
• Provide necessary documentation and reports for audits and management review.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts administration, utility payments, or financial support.
• Knowledge of corporate payment processes and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
