Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Intern to manage day-to-day office administration, facility management, and provide support to HR, IT etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage facility staff (office boys, sweepers, drivers, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including maintenance and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to Finance, IT and HR teams when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and filing as per company policies.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and activities
  • Provide operational and administrative support when needed.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 0-6 months of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & knowledge of ERPNext is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Standard),
