Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Intern to manage day-to-day office administration, facility management, and provide support to HR, IT etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage facility staff (office boys, sweepers, drivers, etc.).
- Ensure smooth office operations, including maintenance and supplies.
- Provide administrative support to Finance, IT and HR teams when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and filing as per company policies.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and activities
- Provide operational and administrative support when needed.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 0-6 months of experience in office administration or facility management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & knowledge of ERPNext is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
