
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Supervise facility management including maintenance, security, housekeeping, utilities, and office upkeep.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, contracts, and service agreements.
- Handle procurement, inventory control, and cost management for office and operational needs.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
- Manage travel arrangements, company events, logistics, and operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware, networking, systems, and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system access control, and data backup processes.
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth technical support for internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (IT knowledge preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in administrative management, with exposure to IT oversight.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
