Admin & IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Supervise facility management including maintenance, security, housekeeping, utilities, and office upkeep.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Handle procurement, inventory control, and cost management for office and operational needs.
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies and procedures.
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
  • Manage travel arrangements, company events, logistics, and operational coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware, networking, systems, and basic cybersecurity measures.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, system access control, and data backup processes.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and smooth technical support for internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (IT knowledge preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative management, with exposure to IT oversight.
  • Strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
