Admin Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Manager to join our team and provide direct assistance to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and supporting management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
  • Oversee office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage correspondence with all Sites.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Ex Pakistan Army/ Navy will be preferred
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration/management role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
