Doart Energy is looking for an Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and office support tasks to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the organization’s office environment.

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or executives.
  • Support HR and finance teams in onboarding, payroll documentation, and staff records management.

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate procurement of goods and services following company policies.
  • Track budgets and support the finance team in preparing reports when required.

Compliance & Record-Keeping

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
