We are urgently looking for Admin Officer for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations at the Head Office to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution through vendors or contractors.
- Arrange travel logistics for employees and management, including transport, accommodation, and tickets.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and office events.
- Maintain records of office assets, administrative inventory, and insurance documents.
- Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and general office upkeep to ensure a professional environment.
- Support HR and Admin functions such as ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and facility requests.
- Handle administrative invoices, verify supporting documents, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and basic HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration or office management, preferably in a corporate setup.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
