Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing documentation, and supporting team members with daily administrative tasks. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, filing, and photocopying documents.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain official documents, records, and reports using MS Word and other MS Office applications.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office activities, meetings, and internal events.
- Handle internal communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, documentation, and administrative data.
- Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing required documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Assist management with preparing reports, presentations, and administrative summaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Word and other MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
