The Branch Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the branch facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing administrative functions. This role requires proactive management of building maintenance, machinery upkeep, procurement processes, budget management, staff supervision, and coordination with various departments.

Responsibilities:

Opening & Closing of Branch: Ensures timely opening and closing of branch and must be present at the time to ensure proper safety measures. Ensure that all lights, computers, doors, shutters, gas line & other equipment are shut down at the time of closing. Supervision Lock/ Un-lock of all security alarms are in working condition

Building Maintenance: Ensure proper building maintenance. All Rooms, Floors & washroom & outside area must be kept clean at all times. Proper management of Janitorial staff.

Machinery Maintenance-Service & Maintenance: All officer machinery i.e. generator, computers, UPS, Air Conditioners etc must be properly maintained. All machinery must always be in working order. Service contracts of all machinery should be properly handled. All repairs should be done timely with proper approvals of Head of Dept. Timely Refilling of Generator Diesel & Water Tanker

Purchases: Timely and proper approvals of all admin related purchases i.e Kitchen items, stationary, Janitorial packing & marketing material & other equipment as & when required and will make visits to vendors and search markets whenever required. Prices for all items must be checked from 2-3 vendors before any purchase whenever required.

Expense & Budget Management: Timely billing approvals against all expenses. All expenses must be done according to the allocated budget.

Attendance & Overtime: Employee attendance and overtime record should be properly maintained. The attendance and overtime sheet should be sent to HR Dept. Excessive Absentees, late comings, short leaves must be monitored.

Utility Bills: All utility bills must be submitted to Operations dept. timely for payment. Any complaint related to electricity, gas, telephone etc. must be handled appropriately on time with concerned Govt. Dept. Utility usage must be checked and monitored.

Building Security: Building security staff must be monitored at all times. All security installations, fire extinguishers must be in working condition. Locks for all gates/shutters/doors must be checked before leaving the premises. No employee should remain in building after closing.

Daily Reports: Updating and sending of daily reports related to attendance, overtime, maintenance, etc. to HR Dept.

Handling of Govt. Official visits in coordination of Dept. Head/Operations Dept.

Proper filling of all records & documentation.

Supervision of Admin Staff on assigned duties.

Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Electric Units reports

Showroom opening (on time) & closing report

Genset Fuel consumption record

Maintain CCTV recording logbook.

Stock register Canteen, cleaning, & stationery items

All Repair and maintenance record of Branch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
