Looking for Administrative Officer he/she will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative support, maintaining records, coordinating office activities, and supporting management and staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official letters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
