Admin Officer

  • Assist the Admin Manager in managing overall administrative functions and office operations
  • Handle general administration including office maintenance, housekeeping, and security arrangements
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Supervise maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, civil work, etc.)
  • Coordinate with service providers and ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintain records of administrative expenses, bills, and payments
  • Oversee fleet management, including company vehicles, fuel consumption, and maintenance
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Support warehouse and logistics-related administrative tasks where required
  • Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, etc.) and implement cost control measures
  • Handle petty cash and day-to-day administrative expenses
  • Assist in event management and company functions
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management review

Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and facility management like air-condition , vehicles, and general maintenance .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
