Admin Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and organized Admin Officer to manage administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office and factory activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor law compliance, social security matters, and overall administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage Social Security, EOBI, and other labor-related processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and administrative documentation
  • Supervise and coordinate factory administrative activities
  • Manage office supplies, facility upkeep, and vendor interactions
  • Support management in administrative planning, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, social security, and EOBI procedures
  • Experience in factory administration and employee management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain records accurately and efficiently

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour
