We’re Hiring – Admin (Real Estate Experience)

Location: Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate – Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is expanding and is looking for an experienced, proactive Admin professional with real estate experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare sales contracts, tenancy agreements, and all related real estate documentation.
  • Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal departments.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing property viewings, follow-ups, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of administrative &/ Sales Coordination experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar real estate procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
