Admin Receptionist

**Position:** Receptionist cum Admin

**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years (Dubai experience preferred)

We are looking for a friendly and organized **Receptionist cum Admin** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and experience in administrative work. A background in the medical field is a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling

* Manage front desk operations and daily administrative tasks

* Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation

* Assist in processing insurance claim forms and basic office coordination

* Support doctors and staff with clerical and administrative duties

* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or admin in Dubai

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Good command of English

* Computer literate (MS Office, email, booking systems)

* Social media management and goggles adds and SEO skills

* Medical field or healthcare background is an advantage

* Presentable, polite, and professional attitude

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* With experience in clinics, hospitals, or medical centers

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
