Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin & Receptionist to join our growing real estate company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, handle client interactions, maintain property documentation, and manage online property listings on platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Reception Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle office correspondence, calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all documents, contracts, and records.
  • Support management with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Real Estate Documentation & Coordination:

  • Prepare and manage property-related documentation such as Form A, Form B, Form F, tenancy contracts, and NOC requests.
  • Liaise with developers, DLD (Dubai Land Department), and government portals as required.
  • Track listing approvals, renewals, and documentation deadlines.
  • Assist the sales team in creating and updating property files, marketing materials, and listings.

Online Listings & Marketing:

  • Upload and update property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and company CRM systems.
  • Ensure all property details, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor listing performance and coordinate with the marketing team for better visibility.
  • Assist in social media and digital marketing activities related to property promotion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Dubai real estate company (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder portals.
  • Familiar with RERA forms and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
